Returns

Whilst very uncommon, from time to time we are asked to have goods returned to us.

We offer a 7 day money back guarantee providing items are returned in their original packaging. If an item is defective this obviously does not apply. Defective items will be replaced for new, on the return of the original within the first 12 months of purchase.

Credits and replacements can take upto 28 days. However most usually happen within 7 days of  us receiving your returned goods.
